Le Clos Auroy campsite offers you the possibility of taking out Cancellation and Interruption insurance when making the reservation. Our partner NEAT undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers.
In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions, notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
