1. Reservation: The reservation only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of your deposit and the reservation fee.
2. Reservation of accommodation:
A) Accommodation is rented from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Stays must be carried out from Saturday to Saturday (except off season and for Ecolodges or premium mobil homes). B) A deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay (excluding tourist tax) is requested when booking. The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before the date of arrival. If your payment does not reach us within this period, your reservation will be canceled and the deposit not refunded without notice. C) In any case, the number of tenants can not be exceeded D) Animals, additional tents are strictly prohibited .E) A deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival. It guarantees the loss, breakage or degradation of equipment and the cleanliness of the premises. It will be returned to you on departure after leaving the inventory, less any damage observed. The final cleaning is provided by you. If the management deems it necessary, or if you wish, the cleaning will be carried out by us, a fixed price of 60 euros will then be invoiced to you (the dishes are excluded from this fixed price 15 euros in addition) F) The departure takes place Saturday or Sunday depending on the rental between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. People who wish to leave the day before must vacate the premises before 5 p.m. In all cases, it is essential to make an appointment at reception for the exit inventory no later than the day before your departure. No departure can take place outside of these hours and without the presence of a responsible person.
3. Non-occupation:
In the absence of a message from the tenant stating that he has postponed his arrival, the object of his reservation remains at his disposal until noon the following day. Then, it is, again, at the disposal of the campsite. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure. Any stay started is due in full.
4. Management reserves the right to change the allocation of the allocated reservation.
5. Cancellation guarantee:
Le Clos Auroy campsite offers you the possibility of taking out Cancellation and Interruption insurance when making the reservation. Our partner NEAT “SEE THIS PAGE” undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions, notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents. It is strongly recommended to subscribe to a cancellation guarantee at the time of booking, or with your insurance company. Any payement are not refund without an assurence!
6. In the event of cancellation without insurance: the deposit will not be returned by the campsite.
7. Guests and supplements must be declared and paid for at reception.
8.Everyone must comply with the internal rules of the campsite. The rules of procedure are displayed at reception. Entering or leaving the campsite is prohibited for vehicles from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
9. The possible payments on site are: by credit card and cash.

11. It is forbidden to recharge your electric car at the campsite. Various reception points are available nearby.
12. Any item forgotten on site will be sent to you at your request against a minimum sum of € 20.
Accommodation type mobile homes are rented from Saturday to Saturday and Ecolodges + Loggia, Cordelia-3 mobile homes from Sunday to Sunday. Animals are prohibited in the rentals.
If you take an option over a given period, it remains valid for 5 (working) days until receipt of your deposit. Beyond that, the option is no longer guaranteed.
